I Require Assistance With Accessing Tickets

Log in or download the Scotiabank Arena Mobile App.

Navigate to ‘Tickets’ by selecting ‘Venue’ and then ‘View Tickets’.

Log in to your MLSE account.
If you do not recall your login credentials, please use the email that you provided when purchasing your tickets and select ’Forgot Password’ to issue a password reset.

Choose the event you want to view by tapping it. Each event will show the event name, date, time and the number of tickets you have.

Tap ’View Barcode’ to access the Barcode.
Do not take a screenshot of the barcode as it will not scan and will not be valid for entry to the venue.

Once you tap View Barcode, the Barcode will appear. Tap ’Add to Apple Wallet’ or ’Add to Google Pay’.

You will be able to add one or all tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

After adding your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay, you can access your ticket(s) without an internet connection.
